How can I get started?
Email or call us and we will assess and lay you our strategic plan.
Can I have only one virtual assistant that handles various tasks?
Yes, our agents are best trained for multi-tasking.
If I choose a virtual assistant will that person be also working for another company?
For part-time services, your chosen virtual assistant will only be working for you on the requested time that you arrange. There may be instances that your virtual assistant may work for a different client to give way for the half-unspent time.
We have one-agent per client policy for full-time projects.
In case of absences and/or scheduled leaves, we can provide a substitute agent for you upon your request.
How will I know that my projects are completed on time?
We have well trained supervisors that oversee the different projects handled by our virtual assistants. You can also opt to arrange for monitoring software to be installed on your virtual assistant’s computer.
What is my assurance that the intellectual property of my company is secure?
We will sign a Non-Disclosure Contract with your company upon availing our services. Our virtual assistants are also asked to sign this contract.
How long will it take for my project to start?
Upon signing the service agreement, you can schedule a specific date of commencement for your project. Usually, a virtual assistant can be made available to you within 2 business days from service agreement signing.
How can I pay for the services?
PayPal is our preferred method of payment. However, we can always arrange other methods of payment depending on availability.
I want to outsource some projects from my company but I am not sure what can be outsourced?
You can visit the services section for a list of available services that we provide. You can always call us for assessment.
How much does it costs me to outsource? How much can I save?
With the fact that outsourcing can save your company as much as 35% to 60%, our services can match or lower your current company spending for a specified project. Our services as well as packages have different rates. It is always best to contact us so that we can discuss your needs and give you an assessment.

I am new to outsourcing, how can I reach my virtual assistant?
Different forms of online communication mediums are available depending on your preference. Mostly, our agents can be reached through email and/or chat and call through Skype.
